The Senate passed several key bills on Wednesday, including the budget bill, but the fate of several House bills, including Gov. Joe Manchin’s call for a constitutional amendment, is still unknown. In late January Toyota recalled 2.3 million vehicles across the U.S. because of apparent faulty gas pedals. Despite worries over what this means to the Toyota plant located in the Putnam County town of Buffalo, production goes on.
